This year, classes have participated in listening to a Dreaming story about the platypus or ‘larila’ or ‘oonah’ as it is known in palawa kani (Tasmanian Aboriginal language).To celebrate NAIDOC week, you are warmly invited to visit our school’s ‘Art for NAIDOC week exhibition. Please feel free to wander around the Grade 5 & 6 classes on Wednesday 5th of between 8.15 am and 9.00 am to see our artistic interpretations of how the platypus came to be.
