This year, classes have participated in listening to a Dreaming story about the platypus or ‘larila’ or ‘oonah’ as it is known in palawa kani (Tasmanian Aboriginal language).To celebrate NAIDOC week, you are warmly invited to visit our school’s ‘Art for NAIDOC week exhibition. Please feel free to wander around the Grade 5 & 6 classes on Wednesday 5th of between 8.15 am and 9.00 am to see our artistic interpretations of how the platypus came to be.

  • Performance: Wednesday 5th July 7-8:30pm Federation Concert Hall (Parents required to drop off children at the Federation Concert Hall at approx. 6.30pm and collect at 8.30pm.)
  • Tickets for the concert: we warmly invite all parents, caregivers and family members to attend the concert. Tickets for the concert can be purchased online via the Festival of Voices webpage.
